Ok, now you can add new user or author for your website blog.
Access on MANAGE - Users.
And you will see your user list there, to edit or delete you can click on user, then choose what you need with this user, to delete user or update user.
To create a new user, you can click the add new user menu. then enter the user id, and select a role for this user. enter the password and click save to update the user data.
